Now, when Help 4 access needed to refresh their website presence, and expand their footprint geographically, they called the folks at SEO Samba to help power their Internet strategy.

The website was migrated from WordPress to the SEOTOASTER SEO website builder and the look jazzed up using stock photography, client logos, and canned videos from Microsoft. In addition a cool little IM utility called olark was added to help with visitors conversion. The end result is a more inviting website which caters to each local ms access consulting services market targeted by the Help 4 access folks.

On Hold Marketing Company Gets a New Look

Earglue, a Tennessee based professional music on hold marketing services company offering overhead messaging, in store marketing, on hold equipment and in store music had a serious need for a website refresh, how serious you might ask? hmm let's take alook at the original  website design;

You could see many broken links, missing pictures and what have you in there. The job required a strategy session in order to identify the current service offerings, and a suitable positioning and look & feel that might suit EarGlue. The result is a fresh looking website with crisp messaging below;

A brainstorming session helped identify potential link-baits with a retail music library, on hold scripts, on hold messages mp3’s, and infographics. Given the straightforward and limited service offering, the newly defined site-map counts only 20 urls. Obviously, it is bound to grow as more media is added to the site and the navigation and architecture certainly offers room for expansion.

The Tools of the Trade

Keyword research was made using a combination of tools including Google Adwords. SEOTOASTER is the open source CMS used for the job. The site is hooked up to the web marketing software SEO Samba allowing for integrated news, social media and seo press release publishing. A great chat software which permits to pro-actively contact visitors while they browse your website called Olark was also deployed on-site.The site redesign took two month.

Top Search Engines Rankings Gets a Lifting

Top Search Engine Rankings is an SEO agency based in Sydney, Australia. They recently redeveloped their website to increase lead generation in their local market through search engine optimization (what else can you do when selling SEO services yourslef?).

Their new website features an increased amount of videos and visuals to increase web visitors engagement for topics ranging from video optimization, through ecommerce website design or PPC management. We particularly like the news section of the site and the immediately actionable form on the site homepage.

French school Elysees Ecole en alternance redesign its website for SEO

I agree with Mark Twain when he once said;  "I never left schooling interfere with my education". Elysee Alternance is a school located in Paris, France and providing work & study program which could have changed Mark's point of view (and mine in the process). You can see the original ecole en alternance website below; too narrow, static linking, no news or social media integration, and wasn't taking advantage of the media they had available to them to engage website visitors:

Now the entire site is dynamically driven by the CMS, and all templates are fully optimized for their sought-after keywords. Rockville plumber part II: why is Jim so happy?

I guess this has something to do with his website's search engine rankings.  As demonstrated by the following links, Jim's inc website now ranks on the page #1 of Google for virtually all of targeted keywords including plumber Rockville md, electrician Rockville md and so on...Of course, this is just the beginning for Jim, but a good website design with SEO fundamentals built-in delivers yet again great results in just matter of weeks. Just to see Jim's smile like this was worth it. 

Jim's Inc. - Not your average Rockville plumber

Today, we're looking at Jim's Inc. An SEO website redesign performed by the professional group at SEO Samba.

 Jim's Inc. is a plumber in Rockville, MD who also provides heater repair services, AC cooling services, handyman services, air duct cleaning and electrician services in the Washington area.

The new website also provides a tiny shopping area composed of 3 products at launch. It is built using the open source cms SEOTOASTER and optimized by the SEO Software SEO Samba.


This project was led by the excellent referral marketing consultant SilverTree Consulting Gina Palladino.
An interesting aspect of the project is that this gave us a benchmark with Yodle which had been hired in the past to provide the same kind of services. I took a screen-shot of the website they built for Jim Mitcham below;

The overall aspect of the website is quite simple in both cases. From a search engine performance stand-point however I expect to see a quite significant difference, why?

Well for once, the Yodle built website uses duplicated text from Wikipedia. No effort was made in writing original content value which basically disqualify much of any subsequent effort.

I hate to be critical of the competition, but it is hard not to be offended by such lack of care as I'm told Jim's Inc. paid a substantial amount to Yodle.
